bug: could not found subtask

Description

i couldn't see subtask's detail after updated it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand About Sepcific Task
2. i was tried tm show command to see detail of subtask as follow
   $ tm show 8.1

Expected Behavior

tm can show subtask's detail

Actual Behavior

I'm facing Task Not Found!

I Used The Feature as well before updated task master but.. i could not use anymore after updated it

Fixed Subtask Visibility Bug ✅

Successfully fixed the bug where tm show cannot find subtasks after they've been updated.

• Locate the show command implementation
• Identify and fix the subtask lookup bug
• Implement the fix in task-service.ts
• Test the fix
• Commit and push changes

What was fixed:

The issue was in /packages/tm-core/src/services/task-service.ts where the getTask() method only searched for top-level tasks by comparing t.id === taskId. It didn't handle subtask IDs with dot notation like "8.1".

The fix adds logic to:

1. Check if the taskId contains a dot (indicating it's a subtask)
2. Split the ID into parentId and subtaskId
3. Find the parent task and search within its subtasks
4. Return a complete Task-like object with the full dotted ID

This mirrors the existing logic in updateTaskStatus() method, ensuring consistent subtask handling across the codebase.

Changes made:

• Updated TaskService.getTask() method in packages/tm-core/src/services/task-service.ts
• Added proper subtask lookup logic with dot notation parsing
• Ensured returned subtask object has all required Task properties
