[BUG] Multimedia player not updating correctly: firefox

Description of the issue

Seelen UI 2.5.0

Firefox: If there are two source of audio/video on the same browser but just only one playing, in the multimedia tray it soesn't update correctly with the one actually reproducing.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to firefox and open for example youtube and twitch/other
2. Click on just play the youtube one and stotp it, then go into twitch and start a video
3. Open the multimedia tab, it will display the wrong one currently playing

Expected behavior

Expected to change based on whitch is active.
