Code only multiplies the first number found on each ingredient line

Need to implement the global modifier for regex so that it iterates over the whole li item instead of just the first number it finds.
Also need to implement rules to sort which numbers should be converted and which shouldn't (ie. 2 cups carrots cut into 1-inch pieces)
