Sorry, had been very busy the last months. I have merged everything but release upload to Maven Central fails.
It looks like I have to finally migrate to Central Publisher Portal, the old OSSRH publishing portal has been disabled.
I will have to dig deeper into this, the old plugins and configurations for publishing do not work anymore.
