Typo in README 'Without an NVIDIA gpu' section

In README, 'without an NVIDIA gpu' section, the command to start a bash session in the simulation container should be
docker exec -it f1tenth_gym_ros_sim_1 /bin/bash
instead of
docker exec -it f1tenth_gym_ros-sim-1 /bin/bash
