move to chipalliance org and include ASIC projects?

would it make sense to associate this repo with the https://github.com/chipsalliance, so that we can also include ASIC projects?

background: @mithro suggested that we duplicate some of the ideas in https://github.com/fossi-foundation/fossi-foundation.github.io/blob/master/gsoc22-ideas.md to give them better visibility.
