When I edit someone's conformance with the CLA, the report is strange

The report matches the user

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

• New contributor accepts our CLA by typing:
  • I have hereby read the F5 CLA and agree to its terms.
• The CLA does not accept the message because the writer added a period at the end of the sentence
• I edit the message
• The CLA accepts the change, adds the original user to the database, and emails me as if I were the new user added to our database

I'm guessing this is due to contributor-assistant/github-action not handling for an edit event from a different user than the original commenter.

This could be intentional behavior as well as acknowledgement of a legal contract should only be assigned to the user who created that text. Might be worth an issue upstream.

I would probably suggest not editing user comments and instead asking them to edit it themselves? If we manage to address #13 we should hopefully address this issue too.

At the conference where I solicited contributions, that would have been impractical.
