Certificate, Cert Chain and other objects currently disabled/commented out

Backup of certificates/cert chains and several other objects is currently commented out in the script although indicated as supported in the doco.  Lets make that either enabled or controlled with documented variables.    Also need to be careful with restore order e.g. certs/chains must restore before LBs.
