Unable to connect to FNS Initial Load SFTP Server

Hello,

I'm currently unable to connect to either the fil.sftp.faa.gov or the IP address of 155.178.201.85 in the FnsClient. Any support would be greatly appreciated on how I should be properly connecting to this service.
