Missing <cycles> </cycles> tags from header and footer of exported XML file

The exported XML file does not have the <cycles> and </cycles> tags and Cycles standalone will render black screen.

Once the tags are inserted, the output XML file will in fact render the exported scene. There are still some unknown warning errors thrown in relation to node names but at least adding the header/footer tags will provide a functioning output.
