How to append double click event to rect and path DOM objects? #4

Hi;
I really loved your version of sankey graph. I really appreciated and am planning to use for one of my projects.
What I want is to attach a double click event and open a popup op when ever a particular "rect" or "path" DOM object is clicked. Is there a work around?
