Resources Limits should be changed for launcher-creator-backend, launcher-frontend

The following 2 pods request 8 MiB for "Resources Limit" as default. In the case, if you run "oc create -R -f ./deploy" then 2 pods fail to run on OCP cluster on RHPDS.

• launcher-creator-backend
• launcher-frontend

Alternatively, navigate Deployment > launcher-creator-backend > Action > Edit Resource Limits and modify more than 20 MiB.

I bumped into this issue as well.
I am trying to change RHPDS config to work with launchers 8M request.
PR is here - redhat-cop/agnosticd#455, if you want to add +1 ;)

My PR for RHPDS configuration was merged.
Once the change is propagated to RHPDS production, this will no longer be an issue.
Old clusters will obviously remain affected, but they will expire eventually.
