HTML/CSS: Add "Manage Account" to user dropdown #873
Description
The user dropdown should get a new item added to it named "Manage Account". This should go below Chat, above Log out. A line should separate Manage account from logout.

Manage Account should navigate the user to: https://manage.openshift.com/
This is to create consistency between applications using OpenShift accounts. All UIs (OpenShift Console, iPaaS as examples) will have this option in the user dropdown.
