Programmatically access two GKE clusters?

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to access two k8s clusters in GKE for a dashboard I am building. Reading up the only way I can see to do this is to:

1. Run gcloud container clusters get-credentials for the first cluster
2. Pull the data I need
3. Go to step 1 for the next cluster

Is that the only way to do it? Was wondering if there was a way to possibly use com.google.auth:google-auth-library-oauth2-http library to build a Config.
