Ensure support for post quantum cryptography

The latest kubernetes releases have support for pqc TLS, see https://kubernetes.io/blog/2025/07/18/pqc-in-k8s/#post-quantum-kems-in-kubernetes-an-unexpected-arrival

Describe the solution you'd like

Validate that the fabric8 client and http clients, in particular the vertx client, provide appropirate support.

While it's mostly expected to come from the underlying JRE, we do need to ensure our logic that manipulates certs, keys, and keystores, is still valid.

As far as I can see this is blocked by https://openjdk.org/jeps/527

With a 1.33+ minikube capable of hybrid key exchange, I can confirm that the SSLEngine we create on the client side is only capable of negotiating with the named groups "x25519, secp256r1, secp384r1, secp521r1, x448, ffdhe2048, ffdhe3072, ffdhe4096, ffdhe6144, ffdhe8192"

X25519MLKEM768 is missing.

Not sure if we'll need a configuration value on the client side to force the usage of hybrid key exchange, or if that would be expected only for the server side.
