Improve docs for which starter to use when #83
Description
I was using the spring-cloud-starter-kubernetes with the io.fabric8 0.1.6 version. Switched to the 0.2.0.RELEASE and now have to use spring-cloud-starter-kubernetes-config instead. It wasn't clear to me from reading the docs that this was necessary when using ConfigMapPropertySourceLocator and SecretsPropertySourceLocator.
