ERRor in using create react app command

I recently changed my desktop users name from 'madaa' to 'ASHISH' . Now I am unable to access my
npm create-react-app command. Please anyone help me to figure this out .

You might have install node.js for a single user (i.e. madaa) previously. Install node.js for all users or run the command using administrator rights.
