npx create-react-app myapp not getting fully installed

after this line its not getting installed
i tried with nvm
i reinstalled node.js
i updated npm
npm audit i have done got the following

many way i have tried. but it stops stating

found 79 moderate severity vulnerabilities
run npm audit fix to fix them, or npm audit for details

always

i tried the steps finally from

but same problem all time

These issues occur due to an old version of create-react-app. If you've previously installed create-react-app globally via npm install -g create-react-app, it is recommend to uninstall the package using npm uninstall -g create-react-app or yarn global remove create-react-app.

It is recommended to use npx when creating a react app. To use npx you will require npm version 5.2 or higher. Update Node.js to the latest LTS version and run the following commands.

npm install -g npm@latest
npm install -g yarn@latest
npx create-react-app my-app
cd my-app
npm start
