Where is $SHBuiltin implementation and documentation?

I've been trying to locate where $SHBuiltin is implemented in the source code and documented; that is a listing of all of the currently available options such as declare and include. No luck so far.

Right now what I'm trying to figure out how to do is modify the source for the capability to write raw C source code where {include: "/path/to/c/source.c"}.
