Given that this is now set to true and React-Core depends on React-Hermes.

Can we still use JSC instead and avoid the Hermes bundle? Given that adding Hermes would significantly increase my bundle size.

One of the main benefits of Hermes is smaller app/bundle size, I'm not sure where you're getting significantly increased bundle size from

Have you been using JSC up until now? Hermes has been the default engine since 0.70 so I'd somewhat doubt it
