Huxley Install on Window 8

I'm I have installed Huxley on a Window 8 machine, however when I try to execute the Huxley record command I get the following error...

No huxleyfile found anywhere..

any idea what is wrong?

Is the anywhere word actually there? Because that's in my node-huxley but not in this huxley.
