Delete waios project

Summary:
wameta/wavoip/waandroid/waios merging into waclient orchestrator. Previous two diffs deleted wameta and wavoip from orchestrator source code.
This diff removes waios.
Last remaining step is waandroid, but waandroid orchestrator still used for coverage runs.
