Waited more than 48 hours, still access not granted

Hello,

I have waited for more than 48 hours now. I tried the solution mentioned here https://discuss.ego4d-data.org/t/license-request-issues/671/149 -

”Waited 48 hours, but didn’t receive an access key: Please submit the form again using the same email + address as before. If there was previously an email issue in the system, it should send your access key immediately. If you don’t get any email, please post below.”

When I submit the form with the exact same credentials here https://ego4ddataset.com/egoexo-license/

It says “Load Failed“ and I do not get any access key as is mentioned in the post.

My email ID is mb230@rice.edu

What is the solution for this?
