which memory network is preferable?

I noticed that there are two memory network module which are parlai.agents.memnn and parlai.agents.transformer.modules.mem_net.
I'm wondering which implementation is better, or are they different in some cases ?

They're different models but I would expect the transformer model to be more powerful.
