Usage with PASCAL VOC 2012 dataset for segmentation

Can we use detectron2 to train MaskRCNN for segmentation? From my understanding, we cannot do it since PASCAL VOC data dosen't have a segmentation annotation that detectron needs according to this, it needs a segmentation in polygon format.
