Empty annotations in json file

If we have empty bounding box annotation for few images then does model learn something from it ?

As https://detectron2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/datasets.html#standard-dataset-dicts mentions, an empty annotations means there are no objects. When trained with such inputs, model should learn to not predict anything on such images
