Exporting predicted masks to georeferenced polygon shapefiles

Dear all,

Using Detectron2 tutorials to predict gravel sizes from Geotiffs.
My programming skills are unfortunately not sufficient to figure out how to move from the Mask R-CNN predictions to polygons that I can georeference and subsequently import into GIS for visualisation/ analysis.

Would anyone be able to point me towards a solution, please?
