The accuracy is decreased to almost 0% when the training is learning

As same like title, the accuracy is decreased to almost 0% when the training is learning.

Before when I train, there had not been that occurences but Suddenly one day, it is changed.

not trained well, and record 0% accuracy.

I want to know that

Is there any other reason occuring like that situations or doubtful code or file to correct??
