CO3D annotation file camera mismatch

Following #163 , I downloaded the CO3D annotation files from here and tried visualizing them against the VGGT predictions in viser.

The predictions themselves look reasonable:

But when I plot them against the ground truth cameras (red), they are further up the z-axis and the arc around the object is very distorted:

Is there any normalization that needs to be done to the annotations from the HF download to properly visualize/compare them to the VGGT predictions? Even better, does anyone have a sample script to do this visualization in viser that works?
