Renovate configuration

What would be a good Renovate (dependency CI) configuration that reduces noise?

These are some possible options that Renovate:

1. Bundle non-breaking changes (already implemented)
2. Bundle Rust changes and documentation changes differently
3. Schedule the PRs (daily, weekly, weekdays, non-office-hours etc.)
4. Automerge all or stable-non-major can also be scheduled, only when the CI passes

I think I'm on board with 2, 3, and 4, and we could schedule them daily, let's say, for now, and bump to weekly if we decide it's too much noise.
