[Feature]: Add comments on the plot #1266

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some of the data I plot are flag numbers that correspond to "statuses" of my robot.
For example:
-Arm raised: 0
-Arm down: 1
-Arm points right: 2
-Arm points left: 3
When plotting the data, I see the plot jumping from one number to the other. I can not always remember what number corresponds to what arm status.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a "legend-like" corner in my plot where I can put such comment. So I dont need to have another document open at the same time, to switch between two windows to see what each number represents.
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be, that in the said plot, each number on the Y axis can replaced with text saying "Arm raised", "Arm down" etc. But this would be much more complex to implement (I guess)
Would your company support the development of this feature
No. You might as well develop it if you wish so.
