Improve code readability and suppress SonarLint warning

Reformats the Query method call for better readability with named parameters
Adds a GlobalSuppressions file to disable SonarLint rule S1192 for the JQL.Net.Core namespace,
justified by the standard nature of SQL keywords which are unlikely to change
