I have an end-game 3DS save I converted to play in HD on Cemu, but Cha-Cha and Kayamba's Chum-Chum went from level 5 to 1 when I went from 3DS to Cemu. I guess people don't use them to notice sooner, I've also noticed a couple of my armor sets having their pigment set to magenta but that issue is fine since I can fix it easily myself with the pigment changer.
