Optimize Responses page speed

I think we would have a major improvement for Admins and TAs if the Response page is sped up. Here are my thoughts:

1. Nor sure if this is done already, but it is taking a long time after a response is scored to update the display. My thought AFTER initial load, my suggestion is not to recalculate the contents of any pages other than the current page unless the user changes pages. That way, after a response is scored, the current page will be updated only, but the time it would take to repopulate the other pages need not be taken.

2. Automatically remove a flag if the admin/TA changes the response status to correct or to incorrect.
