Why `NITRO_CLUSTER_WORKERS=1` as default?

We are looking into how we need to setup the server to not scale to much because it runs into connection limits for the postgres db. We noticed that the default for NITRO_CLUSTER_WORKERS is set to 1 and we where wondering why.

@LouisHaftmann do you by any chance remember what were the reasons for this?

I wanted the user to configure this option because many use something like kubernetes or docker swarm to handle the scaling.
