`show_launch_history` set to `false` doesn't do anything.

When I set the `show_launch_history` configuratiom setting in `behavior.xml` to `false`, the change does not have any effect even after a `restart`. I've tested this on two devices.

The launch history is consistently displayed for every app launch I make using T-UI.
