Cannot discard changes during note editing process #153
Description
To Reproduce
1. Go to the note detail page
2. Click "edit" button
3. Change the note information
4. Clicking the system back button will save the changed note, and the original note will be lost.
Expected behavior
When editing notes, there should be a button or related operation to discard changes.
