Illustrate the use of the payload-range diagram #53

Currently, in the core of FAST-OAD there is a module and a post-processing functions taht draws the payload range diagram of an aircraft. However, it is not clearly illustrated how to use it neither in the documentation nor in the notebooks.
Describe the solution you'd like
Adding a few cells to the tutorial notebook of FAST-OAD_CS25, as is done dor the other post-processing functions, would be a great way to show it.
