How to setup GSD not only for new tabs but for first tab after start too?

When I open a new tab the GSD is shown.
Good

But this is not the case when I start my browser.
Then currently the initial HomePage (google.com) is shown.

How can I tell Chrome/GSD to show in first tab after launching in browser too?

If you are using Brave, you need enable it in the settings page:
