Enlarge WebP Thumbnails from public library from 180x180 to 192x192?

I assigned a Thumbnail from public library to my new speed dial (ChatGpt).

The biggest WebP thumbnail offered is 180x180 (see attached snapshot).
Since most of my other thumbnails are 192x192 I want to enlarge this WebP image a slightly bigger to the same size. Is this somehow possible?

If I select the SVG: How can I tell GSD to increase it to 192x192?

It's best to use SVG image if it's available - since SVG is a vector image, it can be rendered into any resolution.
The SVG image will use all available space, although images from public library usually have a padding around them set - see the Visual tab / Thumbnail padding option:
