Where does Group Speed Dial store its settings?

It would be very helpful to know where Group Speed Dial stores its settings (on Windows 11). Is it in the AppData/Local/BraveSoftware folder, or in another folder, or perhaps in the registry? This would help me to ensure that the settings are backup up automatically and would make it easy to transfer or restore them.

The extension cannot directly access your disk or manage its own storage.
The extension can only tell the browser the store some data and browser decides where and how (usually it's some complex database, definitely nothing that can be easily opened/editted).

So in Brave I really can't tell where the data are stored.
