HeyApi removed legacy/axios - is anyone working on the upgrade (happy to contribute)?

### Description

HeyApi killed legacy/axios in the 0.87, and also introduced tanstack-query plugin a while back. Since I use the template from time to time, and I don't see any active conversations about that anywhere, I am happy to contribute if there is no one actively doing it, since I just had to do it, so muscle memory is pretty fresh.

The scope of change is pretty much a shotgun surgery on the entire implementation, since payload properties change, types change, etc.
