Bug: Chaining command, with sub command without chain doesn't show help.

Description

When Main app have chaining and sub command doesn't support chaining, then --help on the sub command will redirect to the main command help

When chaining sub command supports chaining, then it works correctly

app.add_typer(sub_command, chain=True, name="export") # <----- `chain=True`
