Find a way to run the proxy transform stream tests on Compute

Currently, the tests introduced with this PR https://github.com/fastly/js-compute-runtime/pull/1301 are not enabled for Compute because the compute app has to make a request to itself, and this appears to be unsupported. Ideally, we should find a way to enable them.
