If a malai http service is running, malai curl should be able to do curl stuff on it with kulfi://<id52> URL (by passing http bridge).

We should not do this, and instead fork the curl open source project and add support for kulfi:// in curl itself. We should maintain the fork till curl project itself merges our changes.

Yet another way to implement this would be to implement malai curl, which when invoked starts http-bridge on some port, how we do in malai browse, and rewrite the URL argument from kulfi://<id52> to the corresponding http://127.0.0.1:<port>, spawn the system curl, and stop the http bridge once that is done.
