malai dynamic library

We should have a libmalai.so, and corresponding library only packages for Ubuntu/Mac etc so any Python/Node/C/C++ etc can use malai features without having to work with malai cli.

We should also have malai related Rust crate that only uses this library so we do not add 200+ crates if someone (e.g. fastn) wants to add malai support in their Rust project (e.g. mdbook).
