Rolling back current malai-0.3.0

The 0.3.0 at the time of writing this discussion has some decisions that we'd like to reverse. The removal of keyring for securely storing keys was not good. It was removed to make it easier to use the malai binary on systems where you don't have keyring (ubuntu server for example) but this is a step in the wrong direction.

We'll add a separate flag for such systems in future so that malai continues to work on them but the use of keyring will be favored.

This release will be deleted and the relevant code will be removed from git.
