Remove unused ComponentRef imports and replace with specific types like ImperativePanelHandle for better type safety. Export ImperativePanelHandle from resizable components and add explicit ref casting for HTMLButtonElement. Remove segmentation dependency from Cargo.lock as it's no longer needed.
