App follows system language when transcribe?

Hi, team.

I'm using on the system that default language is English, but my most mettings are using Korean.

Changing the main language config dose not affected results of transcribe, at least using local whisper model.

I'm not familiar with swift, so This could be wrong.

Maybe we need to pass decodeOptions when transcribe?

It should respect language in the setting, but there might be a bug.
