1.0.2 Fails to start on MacOS 26.2

Both the autoupdate and reinstalling completely fail to boot on my machine

Hi @MarkEstefanos we want to help with this ASAP.

We did some testing with both update path and fresh install path before publishing this(I use 26.1), but there might be cases where thing goes wrong.

Few things to suggest:

• Run pkill -i hyprnote, and retry.
• Run /Applications/Hyprnote.app/Contents/MacOS/hyprnote in terminal and report back with logs you see.

If you can confirm that the issue is resolved after running pkill or restarting the system, it should be fixed by this change.

pkill and a restart did not fix it.

mdast_util_to_markdown panics when converting valid UTF-8 content containing a non-breaking space (\u{00A0}`).

The panic happens because a &str is sliced using a byte index that
falls inside a multi-byte UTF-8 character.

This occurs during mdast → markdown conversion and crashes the process.

Seems like this is due to an upstream issue, which was fixed in their latest release.

We are currently updating the dependencies and verifying that this actually fixes our issue.
